Consultation Services
Consultative services generally consist of our qualified clinical outreach specialists meeting with you to establish and identity the target issue(s) and creating an action plan for all key stakeholders.
Sometimes an outside perspective is warranted when specific needs arise. We offer the following topic areas of consultative services:
- Conducting Skill-Based, Criterion-Referenced Assessments
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Conducting Behavior Reduction Programs (BRP)
- Evaluation of Programming for Learners with ASD (Based upon the Empowerment Evaluation by David Fetterman)
- Effective Environmental Arrangement
- Establishing and Implementing an Effective School-Wide PBIS System
- Case-by-case consultative services
Training Services
Trainings are offered in a remote or live format depending upon the needs of the organization. All training topics are able to be individualized to the specific needs and objectives of trainees. Trainings are offered in the recommended time frames stated below, however, adaptations may be requested and revisions made to work most successfully for organizations.

Behavior Bootcamp
10-topic training program based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) from the core curriculum created by the Research Units in Behavioral Intervention (Rubi) Autism Network. This curriculum is focused on decreasing disruptive behaviors and increasing prosocial, positive behaviors. It is beneficial for parents and guardians of all types of learners.
Behavior Bootcamp

Behavioral Principles and Methods
6 to 8 topic training program based upon the knowledge and skills task list required for behavior technicians. This training curriculum is an intensive module based training that gives participants direct instruction over foundational concepts and applications. Training can be individualized for any organization.
Assessment for Treatment Planning or School-Based Programming
Intensive 6 to 9 month training over skill-based, criterion-referenced assessment utilized in establishing young learners baseline of skills in the areas of social-communication, daily adaptive skills, pre-requisite academic/classroom and play skills. In addition, a baseline of behavior obstacles, helpful in considering therapy duration or educational placement. After learning how to conduct assessment components, training continues into intervention planning and teaching procedures.
Workshop Based Trainings
These trainings are all focused on understanding principles and strategies of ABA and how to effectively utilize the strategies to evoke behavior change across environments. Selected workshops may be packaged for more in-depth training. Workshop formats can be as brief as 2 to 3 hours or more in-depth for whole-day trainings. Topics include: Foundations of ABA; Functions of Behavior; Group Contingencies; Antecedent-Based Interventions; Positive Consequential Strategies; Data-Based Decision-Making; ABA in General Education; Setting up Structured Teaching Environments; Reinforcement Strategies; Balancing Reinforcement & Aversive Contingencies; De-escalation Strategies; and Motivating Staff to Increase Work Performance.
